The jewellery I never take off…

I wanted to shine a light on the special ones. These are pieces of jewellery which hold a lot of sentimental value or I have just worn them for so long it feels weird if I don’t wear them. I often get questions asking where they are from so I thought I would do a dedicated post to them.

My first special piece of jewellery is the blue ring. Its not expensive but it means a lot to me sentimentally. A item passed down through family. In the summer one of the stones fell out and I honestly couldn’t stop crying and I had to take it off so as not to damage it and in my head I worried that something bad would happen because I had worn it for so long I convinced myself it helps my guardian angel to watch over me. For Christmas my dad got it fixed for me and it feels so good to have it back on my finger.

My purple ring is a gift from my dad for my 18th birthday so again, is a ring I have worn for a very very long time and couldn’t imagine life with out it. Its so beautiful and I alway get a lot of comments on it.

I turn 30 this year and I am hoping to add another special piece to the collection to celebrate everything I have achieved in my 30 years

The stacked ring is just a piece I think looks good with the others. I wear it on my engagement finger but I’m not super sitious about things like that. I actually am not bothered about marriage at all but I know some people see it as bad luck to put anything on that finger before an engagement ring.

My watch I got for a Christmas present from mum quite a while ago, I love it so much. It is such a classic style and the gold high lights the gold rings I wear. I also swap it out with a green Fossil watch too depending on my outfit.

The two thin gold bracelets I wear I have worn for about a year now! I never take them off, I’ve worn them on holidays, in the pool and the sea etc and they have never tarnished so would highly recommend if like me you can never be bothered taking them off and on and like something to wear all the time.

My earrings I swap and change all the time. The three which always stay the same are the cartilage, the cuff and the huggies, again worn them so much and they have never tainted.

My lobe ( haha I love the word lobeeeee) I swap out all the time depending on my mood and outfit. My favourite pieces to wear are from Motley, Wolf and Moon or Stories

The necklaces, the Daisy T Bar I havn’t taken off for about 6 months and again, its not tarnished so super impressed with it. It also feels nice and heavy which I love. The other is a lovers & liars piece which is new to me, it layers up so well with the other one. I add more or less depending on my outfits. Sometimes I love to add loads of layering necklaces to make me look really blingy… other times I like to keep it simple with just one.
